Far too many investors have been caught in a game of pump and dump. Perhaps a look from the investor awareness side of things will help you avoid being caught.

Why do companies hire investor awareness firms?

Many small businesses are great at what they do. Many have found their own niche and continue to build their company. The problem is, they have difficulties getting the word out about their success story. As such, with no new investors, the share price remain stagnant, and long time insiders are unable to either raise money to finance growth, or to cash out some of their hard earned equity.

An investor awareness firm can help publicly traded companies get the story out to newsletter subscribers. With the facts in hand, these subscribers may decide to turn into investors. The more investors out there, the more opportunity for everyone to make money.

What should you, the subscriber, be aware of?

a) Investor awareness firms are paid a fee. Watch for an overly bullish spin on stocks that are being promoted by those who have received shares in the company. Find out if the firm has to hold the shares for a period of time, or are they able to sell the shares anytime. If there is a restriction placed on the sale of shares, you stand a better chance of making money on an even playing field.

Most credible newsletters will provide their subscribers with the facts and let the information speak for itself. You dont need to spin a good story: it spins itself!

d) Do your own due diligence – is this company making money? Do they have a product that will be in demand in the future? Is the company creating new products? Investing in penny stocks is no different than investing in large caps; only the risk is different. Ask the questions and only invest when you feel 100% behind the company.

The election, in February of this year, of Demetris Christofias in South Cyprus has produced a shift in the diplomatic relationships between the Greek and Turkish sides of the island. Christiofias’ predecessor, Tassos Papadopoulos helped persuade the Greek population to reject the Annan plan in 2004. The Annan plan was viewed as the most adept piece of potential legislation to so far offer a solution to the Cyprus Problem. Greek Cypriots rejected the plan, which was put to referendum in 2004, whilst Turkish Cypriots voted almost unanimously in favour of it. The now departed Papadopoulos, along with other Cypriot leaders, encouraged the South of the island to reject the plan. Christiofias’s election is somewhat of a new dawn for the relationship between North and South Cyprus, as his ascension to power places a man viewed as a moderate in the place that was occupied by a rather uncompromising nationalist. Christiofias has met Mehmet Ali Talat, the Turkish Cypriot leader, many times since his election, and now a date of September the third this year has been set as the day when direct negotiations will start between the two sides, just over 34 years since the Turkish invasion that divided the island.President Christofias described the setting of this date in September as ‘a step forward, a positive development’ and there is no doubt that a launching of discourse between the two sides is an important and progressive step toward reunification. This time last year the situation looked far more glum, with the outlook on both sides resembling the dismal and entrenched views that have historically characterised the situation. The current outlook on both sides highlights the fact that even long established issues, such as those that make up the Cyprus Problem, can be retracted and worked around even after years and years. Both sides have agreed to cooperate on issues such as the environment, crime, emergency management and the preservation of cultural heritage. Even though these sound like incidentals, they point toward a future far removed from the recent past, where these things would not have been discussed in a generous manner between the two sides. Both sides insist that they already have the blueprints and have covered enough groundwork that the basis of a solution should be feasibly reached with the year. For those looking to invest in the North Cyprus property market, these developments should be taken as reassurance that the move toward reunification is firmly in progress; the symbolic gesture undertaken by both leaders of placing a direct line between their offices for the first time is an icon for the change underway on this island.

You will need to disconnect your battery because you do not want to lose power when you are installing the speakers. It can also prevent injury in the process.

Take out all the hardware that came in the box.

You will need to disassemble your factory speakers. Instructions for dissembling your factory speakers should come in the manual that came with your car. If you do not find this manual, I would suggest calling the manufacturing.

Steps:

o To start, you will need the flat head screwdriver. With this tool you can unscrew your old screws that are holding up your old factory speakers.
o You will need to pull the wires from the cigarette lighter. It will help you install the other speakers.
o Connect the wire to the cigarette lighter.
o You will need to turn on the ignition and then select the wire that is underneath the dash.
o Stick the light tester into the ignition source. Light should turn on.
o Now you will need to look for the electrical lead that is coming from the stereo. This lead powers one of the stereos. You will then wrap the lead with a black electric tape so that it does not touch the metal surface.
