And, you don’t have to pay financial advisers, investment firms, or risk being conned by yet another mail order advertisement. In fact, there is no money required. Isn’t that cool?
Jesus said, “Everyone that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or lands for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life,” Matthew 19:29.
So, there you have it! When you give God 100 percent, you get 100 percent, guaranteed! It’s that simple. Whether you spend a lifetime of tending to your business, your way, or you let God take care of it for you. Either you believe Him or you don’t.
But, there’s one the bank: thing you can take to God pays all His debts.

There is a cricket in my wall this morning! It is a very energetic cricket, continuously chirping to let me know he is there. The cricket has been at this now for hours. I wonder if he is tired! I also wonder if there are any other crickets in my wall! Knowing my two sons, it is highly likely that they brought the cricket inside and let it go. In that case that cricket can make all the noise it wants, and no other cricket will ever hear him!
My question then is: will the cricket continue to try and find other crickets? Or will he have faith that another cricket will somehow make it inside the house? Is the cricket going to keep on making the noise, with nothing to eat, nothing to drink, until it dies in the wall?
What about you? Are you doing something over and over that is not working? Maybe you are in the wrong place! Have you considered other options for doing what you are doing?
For instance, are you happy doing the work you do? If you are, congratulations! If not, how long are you going to drag yourself to work every day before you look at other options?
The difference between the cricket in my wall and us is this: The cricket will most likely die in the wall because he doesn’t have the power of reasoning to understand his options. You, on the other hand, have this power and were given the power of choice. Every day you can make decisions that change everything. Every minute is a brand new chance, with new choices to make.
Are you making your choices? Or are you, like the cricket, hoping something happens?

Did you know that Berlin Germany has more than 140 Museums? Did you know that this city has more than 1,400 bridges, and besides all that more than 100 additional places of interest? Read on to discover.
With about 3,400,000 inhabitants, Berlin is the largest City in Germany. It is 38 kilometres long and 45 kilometres wide. Consider that Berlin has a lot of suburbs and districts. As you know, the city was divided in its history. You will still recognize that there is/was East-Berlin and West-Berlin so it has a “City East” and a “City West”.
Arrival is possible with four different options.
1. By aircraft – Berlin has three airports.
2. By train – it’s a junction of the German Rail Network. Example, the station “Bahnhof Zoo” is located within Belin Mitte (City East), thus you have “instant access” to a lot of sights and pubs.
3. By Car – All motorways to Berlin lead to the “Berliner Ring”. From there you can get to the inner city on various access roads.
4. By Bus – it’s a well-priced and comfortable way to travel to this (or any other) city. The “Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof” (ZOB – Central Bus Station) is situated near the Exhibition Centre (ICC), in Charlottenburg, City West. From there, you have connections to over 350 destinations in Germany and Europe!
Now, shall we get started? Okay, c’mon, take my hand, let’s go sightseeing!
Reichstag
The Reichstag was constructed from 1884-94 by Paul Wallot, is the seat of the German Bundestag or federal government and, with its new transparent dome, one of the biggest crowd-draws in Berlin. Its colorful past reflects the turbulence of German history since the 19th century. From 1994-99, the Reichstag was reconstructed and extended by the Architect Sir Norman Forster. He decided to add an accessible transparent dome, inwhich you can walk through and “participate” and view how political decisions are made. One says, “We (the government) want to show that we have nothing to hide”. Go to http://www.smart-travel-germany.com/berlin.html for further information of this monumental building.
Friedrichstrasse
This is the most legendary street in the whole city. It combines the architecture of the New Berlin with the tradition of the “Golden Twenties”. In the Twenties, the 3.5 km long street was the location for pleasure palaces, cafés, theatres and variety theatres such as the famous “Wintergarten”. After the division of the city, the Wall also cut through this street. The world famous Checkpoint Charlie was located at the border of the districts of Kreuzberg and Mitte and thus at the border of East and West Berlin. Not only visitors but also the employees from the new, chic offices, agencies and media centres all enjoy the urban spirit and New York flair of the new Friedrichstrasse.
Checkpoint Charlie
From 1961 to 1990, Checkpoint Charlie was the only border crossing point for the Allies, foreigners, employees of the Permanent Representation, and officials of the GDR. And it was the place where Soviet and American tanks stood face to face. Today, the checkpoint is commemorated by a border sign and a soldier’s post.
Stuck for a moment, the second part arrives soon
Then you can go on with your Berlin Sightseeing Tour. In it we will go to places like the Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg Gate, and the Museum’s Island.
Kind regards,

Have you ever listened to self hypnosis tapes? Or listened repeatedly to certain music that carried a specific message? Or what about, have you attended weekly services within a specific religious venue?
What do all of these have in common? They influence and change your thinking and paradigm over time to whatever it is they espouse.
James Allen wrote “as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he”. What we continually dwell onconsciously and unconsciously is what will shape our thoughts and the world in which we operate. That is why optimism allows some in poverty to believe they have a wonderful life. And another person in the same home, living the same conditions – yet suffering from a pessimistic attitude, will hate and struggle within their circumstances.
Self-hypnosis tapes work on our subconscious when we are relaxed so that we do not fight the message, nor answer it in our minds with refuting negativity as we overcome obstacles that we need help with. Music, repeatedly heard, eventually floats through our minds almost unnoticed. Its messagebeyond just lyrics, begins to be woven within our ideology and outlook. There are enough news reports of teens over the years acting out in alignment with what artists call “just music”. And there are as many within religious organizations that call upon inspirational music as what carried them over through rough times. Also, between scriptures, sermons, classes and books… those within any religious setting begin to shape their lives according to the basic tenants and premises of that line of thought.
But what about you?? You have goals, dreams, ideas too. You have things you wish to accomplish, things you wish to strive to. You have ideas about the way you want to feel when living on target. So how can we take a clue from programming in the three situations above to allow YOU – yourself, to begin to program your own destiny?
Perhaps you have heard of the technique of writing down your goals daily in order to bring them into reality. Well that works well if you are one of society that learns through writing and visualization. We all learn in different ways. I have tried this method without much success mostly because I am not a visual or written only learner. And partly because I forget to keep at it day after day.
Good news!! I have found something that will work for those of us who learn audiblythrough our hearing. Assuming that you are totally technology free in your home (which would be rare) all this will cost you is $12 and 90 minutes of your time. For $12 you can go to Walmart and pick up a small tape recorder with the capacity to record tapes. And also buy at least 1 low quality tape holding 90 minutes of possible record time on it. This will be fantastic to start. That is really all it takes to move you into a GREAT life that you design.
What you will do is make a list off all you goalsin EVERY area of your life. Then I want you to load up the tape recorder and read your goals into that recorder. Read them as if your goals have been accomplished ” I own a beach house on the east coast” , “all my debt is paid off”, “I guest lecture twice a year” , “I have 42 motorcycles in my new display show room” etc. Whatever it is you want for work, leisure, love, retirement, etc! List them and read them. Then go back to the top of your list and keep re-reading them until you have finished a whole side. Then do it again for the other side.
A few suggestionsdo this when you are having a great day! You want your voice to be happy, not down. Also, record on both sides of the tape so that when one side is done you do not have to rewind. This way, the next time you are ready to play it you simply turn it over and hit play.
Does it work? Well, I myself did a tape this past summer. I used to just play it as background noise while I would work on the computer, or while doing dishes or folding laundry. I lost it about a month ago when my son shuffled a bunch or our tapes and such around. I found it this past weekend and played it.
Guess what???
Several of the things I speak about on the tape are WELL on their way to becoming current reality!! From the types of people I wanted to begin getting more involved with, to specific speaking engagements, to simple things like the opportunity for a specific extra curricular activity for my son which “ironically” became available at his after school care program. That one is amazing because they haven’t offered it before and not only will it be offered.. but it will be twice a week like I said on the tape. Those are just a few of the examples. But there isn’t anything on there that has not begun. I will be honest and tell you there were a few things that did come into my reality and I have changed my mind now after having the opportunity to try them out. But every item has at least begun for me in less than 4 months.
We bring into our reality that which we focus on! So if you are a very busy person, as most of us are, this is a GREAT way to program your mind towards the achievement of your goals. The cost is minor- from scratch it is only $12 and 90 minutes to begin living a life by design and not by default.
Until next timeall the best,
Kate

The side effects of hoodia may be unknown at this point. Other than thirst suppression, which most people think of as minor, but should be recognized in order to avoid dehydration. Most diet experts recommend eight 8 ounce glasses of water per day. That may seem like a lot, but most sports bottles contain about twenty ounces, so three a day and you should be covered.
One side effect associated with appetite suppressants which contain stimulants is increased heart rate. No studies of hoodia gordonii side effects list increased heart rate. In animal studies, no increased heart rate was noted. Phytopharm, the British pharmaceutical company which is licensed to develop the active molecule in hoodia gordonii, published the results of one clinical study and noted that there was no increase in heart rate among participants. Phytopharm recently announced that phase one of a five phase research project has been completed. Generally companies do not proceed with research if dangerous side effects are noted, but in some cases pharmaceutical companies develop drugs which are known to pose health risks and complicate existing health problems. There may be unknown side effects of hoodia gordonii. Phytopharm is not publishing research reports.
Informal studies of hoodia gordonii side effects performed by supplement companies and in some cases by independent practitioners have reported no increase in heart rate, no increase in blood pressure and no detrimental side effects. Animal studies performed by the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in South Africa reported that animals lost weight after being fed hoodia, but not because of any toxic effect. The CSIR is credited with identifying and isolating the active molecule in hoodia gordonii. It appears that the side effects of hoodia are none.
Product reviews, testimonials and customer comments contain no reference to side effects of hoodia. Published negative comments indicate that some products do not work for some people. Individuals have reported trying several different products before finding one that worked for them. If there are hoodia gordonii side effects, then no one is talking about them.

As more health conscious consumers look for ways to improve their overall health, slow the aging process and increase their daily energy levels, vitamin supplements have quickly grown in popularity to fuel this newfound quest to be healthy. Supplements, as you probably already know, were designed to regulate your body’s internal processes by evening out the nutritional levels in our bodies. To say that supplements have become increasingly popular to help in that endeavor would be an understatement. Even so, there are many consumers who routinely ask whether they need to take any supplements and if they do in fact start taking vitamins and supplements what the effects will be to their bodies.
As mentioned earlier probably the biggest concern right now when it comes to deciding on whether or not to take any supplements is why would you take them in the first place. One big reason for taking supplements would be to allow your body the opportunity to get the necessary nutrients it needs to function properly that it might not be getting from your diet or regular meals. One word of caution – if you accidentally get to much of some supplements in your body they can actually start to cause damage instead of helping to improve your overall health and energy levels. For this reason it’s important to monitor what types of foods you eat and the amount of nutrients and vitamins you’re obtaining from them naturally.
There are some well-documented medical reasons for needing to take supplements. For some individuals due to their inability to draw the right nutrients from the food they eat at the level they needed there was a high propensity to become ill. Through the proper use of supplements they managed to right the chemical distortion taking place inside their bodies resulting in an improved ability to fight of illness and achieve a healthier lifestyle with the proper vitamins and minerals in their immune system.
A more publicized reason for needing to take supplements revolves around the aging process. Naturally as we grow older our bodies start to deplete at a faster rate. The more dramatic losses occur in our bone density and muscle mass. We also have a harder time pulling the needed nutrients out of our food. For that reason many supplements are taken to help with our body’s transition during the aging process. We might not be able to stop it but we can slow it down enough to where the supplements allow our body the ability to use vitamins and supplements to balance out our nutritional needs.
There’s no denying it, in order to stay in optimal health, slow the aging process and have an abundance of energy our bodies need a balanced diet full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. As we get older supplements can help to augment some of the nutrients we lose as a result of the changes our bodies go through. One final word of advice would be to seek help from a professional such as a doctor or physician. A specialist would be able to tell you the correct amount of supplements your body would need in order to get the most benefits. Remember anytime you start a new supplement, to include vitamins and minerals, you will need to keep an eye on your blood pressure and also be on the alert for any other strange happenings that could take place as your body adjusts to the nutrients being added.

Question: What are fish oil’s benefits?
Answer: Leading authorities on the subject of nutrition are now emphasizing the benefits of including fish oil in your diet. It is generally considered to be one of the most often sought-after remedies when it comes to improving physical performance, treating obesity, and improving mental focus. Clearly, the benefits of this oil can be astounding to your health. Wide-ranged benefits that include helping your body both physically and mentally make discount fish oil a substance that can greatly affect your life for the positive in a multitude of ways.
Question: What makes fish oil work on these problems the way that it does?
Answer: There are many reasons fish oil is good for your health. For one, the scientific world generally agrees that the Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil known as EPA and DHA promote a healthy vascular system. Also, the more fish oil absorbed by your body, the more “good” eicosanoids your body will release. Eicosanoids are a type of hormone found in the body, and there are both “good” and “bad” eicosanoids. Fish oil helps to balance these levels, and in turn aids in such things as heart performance.
Studies have confirmed that for these reasons, fish oil can help to protect you from heart disease. A study done at Harvard University resulted in a conclusion that taking discount fish oil once a week lowered your chance of death from heart disease by 34 percent.
Fish oil has also been studied for its help with bipolar disorder. Another Harvard study showed that the disorder could be treated with fish oil with remarkable success.
Question: What should I look for to get the best discount fish oil out there?
Answer: The purity of the fish oil you are taking is a key factor in its benefits for your health. To make pharmaceutical-grade fish oil, you’re required to put the raw product through substantial purification processes. 100 gallons of health-food grade fish oil results in merely one gallon of pharmaceutical grade fish oil. This pharmaceutical grade oil possesses about twice the EPA and DHA as the standard health-food grade fish oil.

You are what you eat…
It’s something we’ve heard all our lives, and it’s true. Our health is the end result of the food we eat, the nutrients we take in and how our bodies absorb them.
In order to stay healthy you need to implement some basic dietary rules:
• Maximise your nutrient intake from fresh food (particularly green leafy vegetables, meat, fish and eggs)
• Minimise your loss of nutrients (through too much caffeine and carbonated, fizzy or soft drinks for example)
• Reduce or eliminate the things that are definitely bad for us – fried food and margarine, sugar and refined flour, burned animal fat, cigarettes.
• Perform a moderate amount of exercise – for example about 20 minutes per day to reduce your risk of diseases affecting women including osteoporosis, arthritis and heart disease.
In terms of general health, most scientists now agree that a multi-vitamin (and mineral) supplement is useful for the prevention of chronic disease – this is why women’s health supplements are so important. Recently, even the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) published an article linking the inadequate intake of vitamins to chronic diseases.
Healthy diet – The important thing to realise is that if you don’t start by following the simple dietary advice above, then you’ll be more prone to disease and illness.
The following is a summary of the women’s health supplements which can help with different women’s health challenges.
Breast cancer- womens health supplements – particularly antioxidants such as selenium, vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid and a recently discovered plant chemical found in tomatoes called Lycopene – may reduce the risk of breast cancer.
Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables – these contain natural phytonutrients that are linked to a lower incidence of cancer. Alcohol, smoking, bad fats (found in fried food and margarine and oils when they’re heated), hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and lack of exercise are considered risk factors.
Cancer – same rules as above however there are some additional risk factors associated with other forms of cancer. Womens health supplements should include a full spectrum of 90 essential nutrients – including minerals in a highly absorbable form, amino acids, essential fatty acids and vitamins.
The antioxidant selenium along with antioxidant vitamins A, C and E have demonstrated anti-cancer properties.
Cellulite – cellulite develops when the connective tissues between the fat cell chambers and between the chambers and the skin become thin and weakened and the elastic fibres that give the connective tissue strength are also weakened. Weight gain is one reason for cellulite, but it happens to very slim women too. Reducing the appearance of cellulite is all about improving the circulation of blood to the affected areas, reducing the size of the fat cells and improving the strength of the connective tissue.
Exercise, plenty of water, detoxification (you can try doing a mineral wrap at home – you need wide elastic bandages soaked in warm water with plant colloidal mineral solution, covered by a layer of plastic to help you sweat out the toxins) and womens health supplements such as a good mineral, vitamin and essential fatty acid supplement will assist.
PMS – Premenstrual syndrome – some very significant studies have proven that supplementing with calcium can reduce the symptoms of PMS. Magnesium has also shown to be lacking or very low in women with PMS – a good source of this is chocolate – which may explain the chocolate cravings we sometimes have! (There are other ways to get magnesium, not just by eating chocolate!).
Women’s health supplements for PMS should include these minerals along with Vitamin E, herbs such as Black Cohosh and essential fatty acids.
Menopause – Menopause is a natural stage in a woman’s life where the ovaries gradually stop producing estrogen and progesterone. The symptoms of menopause vary from person to person however it is commonly characterized by hot flashes and night sweats as well as a range of symptoms such as mood swings, fatigue, insomnia and weight gain.
Osteoporosis can develop more rapidly as a result of the loss of estrogen. Womens health supplements particularly with calcium, magnesium and vitamin D can be of help and herbs such as ‘black cohosh’ can help with the night sweats and other symptoms.
A diet high in essential fatty acids, low in saturated fat and the elimination of bad fats, along with plenty of green leafy vegetables, meat, fish, eggs and exercise, will make this a smoother transition.
Fertility and Pregnancy – a great deal of positive research surrounds the affects of taking womens health supplements during pregnancy. Supplementing with Folic acid during pregnancy is now recognized as helping to protect babies from neural tube defects; recent studies also indicate it may help prevent Down’s Syndrome.
Other supplements including selenium have been linked to reduced complications with pregnancy, while taking increased amounts of omega three fish oils may prevent asthma and improve brain development and learning in offspring. During pregnancy you have to take in nutrients for ‘two’ and women frequently suffer from poor nutrition; an example of a mineral deficiency is cravings during pregnancy.
For those considering pregnancy, recent pilot studies have proven the value of nutrient supplements to improve fertility. This can be easily resolved by giving the body what it needs and womens health supplements containing all 90 essential nutrients including Selenium are the best answer.
Varicose Veins – Varicose veins occur when the valves in your veins malfunction and when your veins lose their elasticity. Varicose veins occur mostly in women between the ages of 30 and 70. Hormonal changes during pregnancy, premenstruation and menopause may be a risk factor as female hormones tend to relax the vein walls. Exercise, weight control, elevating your legs periodically, avoiding long periods of sitting cross legged or standing for long periods of time as well as wearing low heels (makes the calves work harder) can help with circulation.
For womens health supplements, colloidal copper in plant derived minerals and certain antioxidant nutrients found in grape seed extract may assist in repairing the elastic fibres of the veins from within.
Heart Disease – affects three times more women than cancer and is the number one cause of death for all women. To reduce your risk of heart disease you need a diet high in fiber, green leafy vegetables and unsaturated fat (fish oil, flax seed oil); also eliminate the bad fats such as fried foods and margarine. Womens health supplements high in antioxidants such as selenium, vitamin C, vitamin E, minerals and essential fatty acids along with plenty of exercise and diet will protect the heart and keep you healthy.
High Cholesterol – high cholesterol is a risk factor for heart disease and you need to eliminate the ‘bad’ fats from the diet and consume more of the good’ fats. An essential fatty acid supplement rich in omega 3 fish oil is very effective at reducing cholesterol in addition to antioxidant vitamins and highly absorbable plant derived minerals – all found in the 90 Essential Nutrients.
High Blood Pressure – Dietary and lifestyle changes are very important. Eliminate smoking, alcohol, caffeine and sugar. Consume a high fiber diet with plenty of green leafy vegetables and reduce your weight if you are overweight. Supplement with 90 essential nutrients including the plant derived colloidal calcium and other minerals, liquid calcium, CO-Q10 (coenzyme Q-10), essential fatty acids and lecithin. Herbs such as European Hawthorn also help.
Fatigue – womens health supplements should include all 90 essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids – this will ensure you have no nutritional deficiencies and will help with fatigue.
Health supplements with chromium can help regulate low blood sugar which can make you feel tired.
Nails – healthy nails are important for a woman’s appearance, but more importantly they are good indicators of a nutritional deficiency. White spots can indicate a zinc deficiency; brittle nails can be a sign of a protein deficiency and ridges in the nails an indicator of calcium or iron deficiency. Womens health supplements including gelatin, liquid minerals, amino acids, vitamins and essential fatty acids found in all the 90 essential nutrients, will assist with repair.
Skin – eliminating fried foods, sugar and bad fats from your diet is as important as good nutrition and plenty of water. Essential fatty acids from a natural source or in womens health supplements are a must. Vitamins and minerals are also important and will assist with a number of conditions such as acne, psoriasis, age spots and dermatitis.
Sports – If you train or exercise frequently and you sweat then you need to supplement with a good liquid mineral and multivitamin product to replace everything you’re sweating out. If you don’t then you’re setting yourself up for serious health problems such as heart disease, joint problems, low energy and chronic aches and pains. You have to replace all those vital minerals you are sweating out while exercising. According to the Centers for Disease Control over 100,000 men, women and children die every year (in the US alone) during and immediately after exercise. Almost without doubt because they never replaced all the minerals, trace minerals, electrolytes and vitamins lost through strenuous activity.

A lot of people take vitamins A, C, B and much more or just take a multivitamin, before you only had to choose from brand but now not just that you have to choose from liquid or pills. From many choices which its better and more effective to use.
People say that pills are better and don’t trust the liquid vitamins but others say that liquid vitamins is better because the stomach don’t have to brake the pills down. To me I think it is a matter of opinion.
In my opinion you should use what you feel better with. Pill or liquid just make sure is a product you like or trust and does not hurt to do a little research on the product yo plan to use. Know what you whant to use or plan to use make sure it’s a good product.
So which is better liquid or pill I think is a matter of preference can’t take pills use liquid vitamins or don’t like the taste os the liquid vitamins then take the pills is your choice.
If you plan to take vitamins or any supplement consult a doctor before you take them, everyone is different and have different needs so always consult a doctor, especially if you are planning to give it to you kids and ask him about any given product you plan to take.
